Ayurvedic Wellness Coaching
What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is the science of life, aka the sister science to yoga– an ancient ‘how to’ on living harmoniously with nature. Ayurveda supports our bodies and minds to live more harmoniously when we are trying to navigate our human experiences.
Through diet and lifestyle Ayurveda can help us to experience abundant health, joyfulness, and ease at any stage of life. Health is not one size fits all. Your true health lies within. Ayurveda teaches us how to listen to our body’s innate wisdom. Ayurvedic Health Coaching will not uncover anything you don’t already have inside you. These sessions simply guide you through techniques, practices, and tricks that will bring you closer to your true Self.
Sessions Are Customized for You
They may include:
Guided meditation
Time together to explore concepts, goals, and spiritual growth.
An intuitive personalized Ayurvedic roadmap
Space for listening, reflection and growth
Embodiment and/or movement practices
Weekly journaling, meditation, suggested meal plans and other assignments to help support the practice.
Coaching Packages
I am available to meet by phone, video conference, or in person (if you live in the Bay Area). Three and six month coaching packages are available of the following:
Bimonthly: 2 sessions at $350 a month (every other week).
Monthly: 4 sessions at $600 a month (weekly coaching).
Payment plans are available.
