Yoga with Alex

I am an experienced yoga teacher who has been teaching for 10 plus years. I believe that yoga is for everyone and every body and teach based on the notion that if you change your energy, you change your mind. Let’s connect on the mat, find joy and pleasure in our movement, and let the practice reveal something new. You can expect a class that combines breathing techniques, mindful flowing sequences that you help manage energy.

Private Instruction

Whether you're new to yoga or deepening a longtime practice, private sessions offer a sacred space to move at your own pace, with guidance tailored just for you.

Working one-on-one, I create personalized practices rooted in breath, alignment, and embodied presence—drawing on my decades of experience in yoga, meditation, and somatic awareness.

These sessions can support physical healing, emotional balance, spiritual growth, or simply the need for consistent, grounded care in a busy life.

Private yoga is ideal for those navigating injury, life transitions, or seeking deeper one-on-one support in a safe, attuned space.

Let’s cultivate a practice that meets you exactly where you are—and gently brings you home to yourself.
